Refunds and Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend an event to which you have purchased tickets, you may transfer your ticket to a future gaming event of equivalent value prior to the 48 hour window before your ticketed event. Within the 48 hour window, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend who can attend the event!
Due to the curated experience our guests receive, we are unable to offer refunds to our gaming events and workshops. We thank you for your understanding.
For community events, you are welcome to request a refund if you can no longer attend up to 24 hours prior to the start time of the event.
If an event is cancelled for any reason, ticketed guests will receive notification via email and have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their ticket to an equivalent future event.
To request a refund or ticket transfer, or to ask us questions about these policies, please contact us and our customer service team will reach out to resolve the request.
Conduct
Inclusivity and community care are core values of our company and events. By purchasing a ticket/attending an event, you agree to abide by our community code of conduct:
- Discrimination and/or harm (including conduct and speech) based on race, color, religion, age, gender (including pregnancy, gender identity, expression, and sexual orientation), national origin, disability, marital status, partnership status, caregiver status, unemployment status, financial status, or any other protected class, will not be tolerated. If you engage in inappropriate or discriminatory behavior, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the event at any time. Let’s keep each other safe!
